我的寵物進入香港後需要隔離嗎？
第一組 & 第二組國家 (Group I & II)
只要您愛寵完全符合香港入口條款（包括預防針/狂犬針疫苗紀錄、健康證明等）以及正本齊全，清關完成後即可回家。
第三組國家 (Group III)
來自其他所有未被列入第一、二組的國家/地區。
即使文件齊全，您的寵物在抵港後也必須在漁護署指定檢疫設施中接受30~120天強制隔離。
整個流程費用大概是多少？
寵物移民費用並沒有一個固定價格，它由許多因素組合而成，就像一張為您愛寵度身訂造機票。
主要費用通常包括：
IATA標準航空箱：
一個符合IATA要求規格的螺絲式航空箱，愛寵在裡面不頂頭，可自由轉身是基本要求，另外，配掛式飲水器和食物盤更正規。專業文件處理費：
申請出口/進口許可證、FAVN驗血報告﹑獸醫健康證明、政府官方加簽等。航空公司運費：

寵物移民準備工作環環相扣，需時較長。
例如，首次注射狂犬病疫苗後，需要等待一個月才正式生效。提早準備能確保我們有充份時間檢查及處理所有文件、預訂航班艙位，並從容應對任何突發狀況。
我可以和寵物乘坐同一班機嗎？
這取決於您寵物的運輸方式。
出國-手提/行李/貨運；回港-貨運/私人飛機
A) 作為手提行李攜帶上機 (In-Cabin)部分航空公司及航線允許乘客將符合特定尺寸和指定重量小型寵物（通常是貓或小型犬）放置在一個合規的軟質寵物袋中，作為手提行李一同帶入客艙。在整個航程中，您的寵物都必須安置在寵物袋內，不能取出，並放置在座位底下。B) 作為超額行李托運 (Accompanied Baggage)您必須與您的寵物乘坐同一班機。愛寵會被安置在機內恆溫有氧貨艙中，這個貨艙環境與客艙相似。這種方式通常適用於中小型寵物。C) 作為貨運 (Manifest Cargo)您不一定要與寵物同一航班，可以自由選擇自己乘搭航班。然而，每個國家有不同入口政策，強烈建議主人在同一日抵達。而愛寵同樣會被安置在安全的恆溫有氧貨艙中。我們會根據您的出發地、目的地、航空公司規定以及您的寵物情況，為您分析並建議最合適及可行的運輸方式。

Does my pet need to be quarantined when entering Hong Kong?
It depends on the country of origin. The Hong Kong AFCD has the following rules:From Group I & II countries:
(UK, USA, Canada, Japan, Australia):No quarantine is generally required if your pet meets all import conditions perfectly (vaccinations, health certificates, etc.). They can go home right after customs clearance.From Group III countries (All others):
A mandatory quarantine of at least 30-120 days is required, even if all documents are complete.
How much does pet relocation generally cost?

How early do I need to start planning?
It is highly advisable to contact us 1.5 to 3 months prior to your departure.The process is complex and has mandatory timelines. For instance, the rabies vaccine requires a one-month waiting period to become valid. Planning ahead allows us enough time to manage all paperwork, secure the best flight, and resolve any potential issues without stress.
Can I fly on the same plane as my pet?
It depends on the method and direction. For flights leaving HK, you have several options. For flights arriving in HK, only Manifest Cargo or private jet.
In-Cabin:
For small pets as carry-on. You fly together. (Not allowed for import to HK).Accompanied Baggage:
For small/medium pets as checked luggage. You must fly together. (Not allowed for import to HK).Manifest Cargo:
For all pets. You are not required to be on the same flight, but we highly recommend arriving on the same day. This is the only method for pets entering Hong Kong.Based on your specific route and pet, we will advise you on the best and most viable option.

Weeks before the flight, we strongly advise you to introduce the travel crate to your pet. Help them see it as a safe "den" by placing familiar items inside, such as a blanket with your scent.—Pre-Flight Feeding & Hydration Schedule:
To prevent air sickness or gastrointestinal discomfort, your pet should fast for 4-6 hours before departure. Do not place dry food inside the crate. We will provide a clear feeding and watering guide based on the flight schedule.—Avoiding Sedatives:
Unless prescribed by a veterinarian with a supporting doctor's letter, the use of sedatives is strongly discouraged by both the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and all major airlines. Sedation can affect an animal's breathing and balance at high altitudes, posing significant health risks.
